Improve mental wellbeing
At Empress, we believe that self care plays a role in our mental wellbeing. During the pandemic in particular, many people's mental wellbeing has being affected significantly. We are aware that this is by no means the full solution to a very complex problem but we aim to aid people in the right direction.
Advocate for mental help and provide access to further education regarding it
We are aware of the lack of mental health support and education still to this day. We also recognise the significant affect the pandemic has had on people's mental health. Although as a company we do not claim to offer first hand mental health support, we certainly want to advocate for better mental health services and provide access to links for further support and education.
Encourage customers to take time for yourself
It is very important to remember to reserve time for yourself, which is often something we often forget. We as a business want to provide encouragement for this to become a more regular habit, both through our products and through information on the website.
Provide customers good quality products and service
We aim to provide our customers with the best quality products and service we can. We feel it is deeply important that you as a customer feel you have received what you expect and have been treated with respect.
